LifeLock® Fires Up New “Celebrity Apprentice” Sweepstakes Promotion

New members automatically entered to win a free trip to see the season finale of Donald Trump's NBC hit show

TEMPE, AZ - One lucky winner and a guest will get an up-close look at the infamous boardroom on NBC's "The Celebrity Apprentice" courtesy of a new sweepstakes promotion offered by LifeLock. The industry leader in identity theft protection, LifeLock, is offering a trip for two to New York City for four days and three nights, during which the prize winner and guest will get to experience the May 10, 2009 season finale of "The Celebrity Apprentice." The winner will also receive a $1,000 cash prize, access to the "Celebrity Apprentice" after-party attended by the cast of the show and an opportunity to meet Donald Trump.

The sweepstakes event kicks off the countdown to LifeLock's featured episode of "The Celebrity Apprentice," which airs April 12, 2009. In the show, remaining celebrity candidates-all competing to raise money for charity-will design a LifeLock retail package and point of purchase display to be judged by LifeLock CEO Todd Davis. This packaging design and display may be used as inspiration for the actual retail strategy that LifeLock is looking to implement with various retail partners.

"We are thrilled to have the opportunity to educate millions of Americans in a primetime television forum about the dangers of identity theft," said LifeLock CEO Todd Davis. "Our sweepstakes promotion gives us the chance to offer a unique experience to a consumer, and we commend 'The Celebrity Apprentice' for making identity theft awareness a central theme for one its episodes."
