Google CFO, George Reyes to Join LifeLock Board of Directors

TEMPE, AZ (May 15, 2008) – LifeLock®, the industry leader in identity theft protection, proudly announces that George Reyes has agreed to serve on its Board of Directors. Reyes currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Google, the world’s preeminent online search engine. Reyes joins the six-person LifeLock board, guiding the strategic growth of the organization.

In his role with Google, Reyes helped negotiate the organization’s innovative IPO. An experienced leader, Reyes' business acumen has come from financial posts with ONI Systems and Sun Microsystems. Reyes is also currently a director of Symantec Corporation. Reyes earned his MBA from Santa Clara University and his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Florida.

“We always envisioned building a company strong enough to attract the best and the brightest in all fields. Adding George to our board is proof that we are succeeding,” said LifeLock CEO Todd Davis. “George brings a wealth of experience, expertise and success that is recognized worldwide. I am certain that he can help lead our company to new heights.”

As the industry leader in identity theft protection, LifeLock requests on behalf of its clients that the national credit bureaus place fraud alerts on its members’ credit files, and requests that members’ names be removed from pre-approved credit card offer and junk mail lists. It is backed by a $1 million service guarantee.

In addition to the proactive identity theft protection measures provided by LifeLock, members are also entitled to LifeLock’s WalletLock™, eRecon™ and TrueAddress™ services. WalletLock works to cancel and replace all documents and personal identifying information inside a wallet if it is lost or stolen. eRecon is a regular patrol of the Internet in search of social security numbers, credit card numbers, driver’s license numbers and email addresses of LifeLock members to protect against the information being illegally traded or sold online. LifeLock’s TrueAddress service searches to see if members have had a change of address form filed and alert them if there are changes made that they may be unaware of.

“I am delighted to join an organization as exciting as LifeLock,” said Reyes. “Todd Davis and his team have done a tremendous job at driving this business to its current level of performance and establishing LifeLock as the leader in this industry.”
